Our proposal for the CTI is supported by a winning entry submitted by Tom Hudson, Peter Eccles, Caroline Roney, Tom Eccles and Ryan Lothian for a contest organized by eBourbaki. Their brief was to develop a mathematical model to locate bike rental stations within zone 1 in London and calculate their capacity after careful analysis of the existing provision of public means of transport.
